It's been three years since the criminal organization Zeed tasted defeat at the hands of Joe Musashi. Now reformed as the Neo Zeed, they are back, deadlier, and bent on exacting vengeance against the legendary ninja and his clan. After mortally wounding Joe's master, they disappear into the night, taking his fiancée, Naoko, with them.
